Six symptoms to look out for if you have a slight bend to your penis
Do you have a curved penis? It’s normal for men to have a slight left or right curve when erect.
However, if you have a more significant bend in your penis it can lead to pain and difficulty during sex.
A significant bend in the penis can be a sign of Peyronie’s disease.
Peyronie’s disease is a condition which mostly affects men over 40, but it can happen at any age.
Peyronie's disease can be treated, but worrying complications can happen – and include penis pain, reduced penis length, inability to have sex, and stress and anxiety.
If you have any of these symptoms, outlined by the Mayo Clinic, you should go to see a GP.

Symptoms of Peyronie's disease:
1. Scar tissue
Scar tissue associated with Peyronie's disease is known as plaque, which can be felt under the skin of the penis.
They can feel like a flat lump, or a band of hard tissue.
It's rare to get more than one plaque, according to the NHS .

6. Other penile deformity
In some cases of Peyronie's disease, men have experienced a narrowing in the erect penis, indentations or even an hourglass-like appearance.
There might be a tight, narrow band around the shaft.
There symptoms of Peyronie's disease may worsen over time, but typically stabilise about three to 12 months.
After one to two years the pain will usually improve, but the penile shortening and curving will often remain.
You should go to see a doctor as soon as you notice signs or symptoms of Peyronie's disease.
It has a better chance to improve the earlier you start to receive treatment.
