Lindsey Vonn Shows Off Her Toned Butt And Arms In Intense Full-Body Workout Instagram Video

Lindsey Vonn, 36, has been completely crushing the Instagram workout videos lately. Now, she’s just dropped a new one that shows just how much of a beast she is at the gym.

In the video, the former Olympic skier can be seen doing a series of intense-looking exercises. There’s Lindsey doing angled pull-ups, powering through weighted squats, crushing one-armed bicep curls, and looking like she’s having a blast doing sliders, all set to Britney Spears’ “Stronger.”

“Yesterday’s workout plus some Britney seemed fitting 💪🏻,” she wrote, before tagging #internationalwomensday.

People were here for it in the comments. “Get after it 🙌,” one fan wrote. “I sense a comeback 🤘🥳,” someone else chimed in. Another commenter added, “Are you coming out of retirement? You’re training like someone who has a fire burning inside to dominate.” Nope, Lindsey says, “well Im not racing any more so I need to get my energy out somewhere…”

There were also plenty of comments about the gear she was using, including the overshoe sliders and slide board. In case you’ve never seen these boards before, they basically create an indoor skating surface at your place. Just lay down the board, put on the booties, and skate from side to side to get a seriously intense thigh and butt workout. Lindsey makes it look easy, but you’ll be sweating in minutes. (Trust!)

While Lindsey is working out to stay fit, she’s also made it clear that exercising gives her a mental boost, too. She recently told Women’s Health working out allows her to mentally push herself. “I like feeling strong, and when I feel physically strong, I feel so much more mentally strong,” she said. “When I work out, I feel like I’m healthier and more confident. I’ve achieved something, no matter how small.”

Now retired, Lindsey says that she gets a lot of “mental strength” from working out. “Finding ways to push myself in the gym has given me a lot of comfort and general confidence,” she said. “Working out was definitely my rock throughout the pandemic, too.”
